Coming Home — World of Warcraft
This project marked my first time art directing at Blizzard, and it was an incredible opportunity to help shape the visual tone alongside a deeply talented team. What started as a straightforward piece quickly evolved through challenges, pivots, and discoveries. Beyond proud of the care that went into every frame.
For this project, I contributed across multiple areas of visual development and final execution, including:
Character concepts
Color scripting and production paintings
Insert frame design
Final lighting and compositing on select shots
Art directing this piece meant tackling a slightly new visual approach while making sure it still felt inherently WoW. Grounded in the world, stylized, and emotionally readable.
